February was budget workshop month and March is our DHA SGM. We thank our Finance Director and the team for putting hours of work into preparing the budget, hosting the workshops, answering questions and preparing for the SGM on 13 March 2024. We appreciate the valuable input from residents thus far and look forward to seeing you at the SGM.
Events on the Estate
February
February has seen an increase in events hosted on the Estate. Dainfern Tigers, Valentine’s Day Dinner, Dainfern Business Club interviewing Brent Lindeque and Simon Swanepoel, Quiz Nights, Painting Nights and the SANBS Blood Drive.
March
In March we look forward to the Men’s Club Champs, of course the hosting of the Annual Stella Artois Players Championship which is one of the biggest events on our Estate as well as the Bubbly Run scheduled for the end of March.
It is wonderful to see our residents supporting these events and getting to know their community.
Activities on the Estate
A reminder of the many service providers who host activities right here on the Estate – please do support them. A schedule of the latest activities on offer is listed later in this magazine.
Maintenance Team
A huge thank you to our maintenance team who are always willing to assist, and most of the time doing work that is not pleasant – like unblocking sewers. Should you notice any mainte- nance work that needs to be done – please do email [email protected] and it will be forwarded to the correct person.
