
Residents on the Golf Course During Golf Hours
We remind all residents that golfers have priority on the golf course from 06:00 to 18:00, Tuesdays through Sundays. Walking on the course during these hours poses a serious safety risk. Please exercise caution and adhere to these regulations for everyone’s safety.
Valentine’s Day Celebrations
On the morning of 14 February, residents were delighted with sweet treats handed out at the gates. We extend our sincere gratitude to Jawitz Properties Fourways for supplying approximately 2,000 chocolates and Valentine’s cards. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated and added a special touch to the day.
Turfnet Compost Giveaway
A heartfelt thank you to Turfnet for providing each resident who utilises their green refuse disposal service with a complimentary bag of compost. Residents interested in purchasing compost in bulk can contact Jerida on 011-469-5051. Additionally, those who wish to sign up for the garden waste pickup program may do so through the same contact. Fidelity Christmas Fund We extend our sincere appreciation to every resident and homeowner who contributed to our annual Security Christmas Fund during December and January. Thanks to your generosity, we raised a significant amount to support our dedicated security staff. Your contributions have made a meaningful impact, and we are truly grateful.
Projects and Improvements
New Shuttle Bus After many years of service, the Dainfern shuttle bus has been retired, and a new iu.shuttle has been introduced. It officially received its corporate branding on the 20th of February.
New Footbridge on Hole 9
A beautiful new footbridge has been added to the Estate at Hole 9, generously donated by Stuart Martin from Best Deck. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Best Deck for this addition.
Multipurpose Court Update
The final touches have been completed on the new multipurpose court, and we will announce the official launch date shortly. A pickleball coach will conduct a free demonstration and introduction to the game. All residents are invited to attend this exciting event.
Gate Scanner Solutions
Over the past few weeks, we have encountered issues with the scanners and wave readers at both Estate entrances. The DHA is actively working to implement a practical and permanent solution to prevent these issues from recurring. We would like to extend our gratitude to our security staff for their exceptional efforts in maintaining the safety of our Estate during these intermittent network disruptions.
