REPORTING PROCEDURE FOR COMPLAINTS / ISSUES ON THE ESTATE

Residents are able to report issues that they notice on the Estate or complaints in general to [email protected].  Your issue/complaint will be given a ticket number which can be used to track the progress of the matter until completion.

When the email is received, the matter is directed to the correct person, in the correct department for attention and once the matter has been resolved, you will be notified that your ticket number has been closed.
