Patrick Bell took the Photo of the Week.  Congratulations!  We will have your voucher delivered to your home soon.

Where would our world be without you, the honeybee? All around us, a tuneful addition to the fresh, clean air.   Bees move as if to unseen instructions, to unheard music, that sends their tiny feet scurrying over the hexagons of wax. Their wings glimmer like the surface of ruffled ice, reflecting the bright sunlight. Together they make more than the honey – they make a larger organism that is their community.

Buzzing, humming and droning.  Their membranous wings, the thinnest of filamentary legs, roused by the coming of dusk.  These creatures may sting, but they are responsible for very many honey-sweet things!

Send your photos of Dainfern to Laura at [email protected] and it could be you who wins a voucher for R300 to use at the Restaurant.
