The DHA has been approached to allow an Old School Stepping Session on Thursdays from 17:45 to 18:45 at the Pavilion. Classes to started yesterday.
What is stepping? Continuous movement up and down a step on upbeat music (music from the 80’s – to date) by using pre-choreographed steps. It’s fitness and conditioning without jumping.
Benefits of Stepping? Cardio fitness, muscle toning, strengthening of muscles around the knees and ankles, weight loss.
